The Hughes Melton Scholarship for Rural Health, formed by the 麻豆精品A片免费观看 community to honor Dr. Melton, advocate for rural wellness and friend of the 麻豆精品A片免费观看 family, who passed away suddenly in 2019 from a tragic car accident.  Dr. Melton was highly recognized in the medical community and led efforts to bring more physicians to southwest Virginia.  To honor Dr. Melton's mission and passion for rural health, this scholarship is awarded to a 麻豆精品A片免费观看-Virginia student from southwest Virginia who embodies this same commitment to rural healthcare.
